What is covered
Warranty applies to restorations fabricated by Rally Dental Labs against defects in materials and workmanship when used according to standard clinical guidelines.
- Crown and bridge fit issues from fabrication
- Veneer, inlay, and onlay material defects
- Implant component fit and fabrication accuracy
- Denture and removable appliance base or tooth defects
- Digital design accuracy tied to Rally-fabricated work
Warranty period
The warranty period applies from the date the case is delivered to the doctor.
- Fixed restorations: 5 years
- Removable appliances: 1 year
- Implant restorations: 5 years
- Claims must be submitted within the active warranty window
Remake policy
If a restoration is determined to be defective due to lab fabrication, we will repair or remake the restoration at no charge. The original work and materials may need to be returned for evaluation.
- Remake evaluated against original Rx and digital record
- Doctor returns the original restoration when requested
- Rush option available for urgent cases when applicable
- Replacement shipped with the same turnaround standards
How to submit a warranty claim
Submit a claim as soon as the issue is discovered. Include as much detail as possible so we can verify the case and begin the remake or review process quickly.
- Contact Rally Dental Labs with the case number and original Rx
- Describe the issue (fit, shade, material, or other concern)
- Return the original restoration or provide clear photos if requested
- Our team will confirm the warranty and issue next steps within one business day

Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover patient-related factors such as trauma, decay, parafunctional habits, poor oral hygiene, or modifications made outside of our lab. Contact us with your case number for a full copy of our current warranty terms.
